Payment & Refund Policy
Promotional purchases on Topples are payments for digital advertising and promotional services. Promotional benefits—including guaranteed directory listing, outbound link routing, and the award of non-monetary Sponsor Points—are provisioned and rendered immediately upon payment settlement.
Because advertising and promotional deliverables are delivered immediately, promotional purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee any specific numerical rank, click-through rate, sales conversion, or fixed duration at any leaderboard position.
Eligible Inquiries & Disputed Payments: Contact support promptly with your payment ID / order reference if you experience:
- A duplicate or double transaction charged in error.
- A payment successfully captured by Dodo Payments or Razorpay that did not credit your Sponsor Points within 15 minutes.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction activity.
Refund Processing & Score Reversal: Approved refunds are credited through our payment provider directly to the original payment method. Upon confirmation of any refund or chargeback, all Sponsor Points originally awarded from that transaction are automatically and permanently subtracted from the product's Sponsor Score, and the product's leaderboard ranking is recomputed downward in real time.
