1.Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum operational information necessary to facilitate transparent digital promotions and accurate leaderboard rankings:

• Product Information: Target website URL, domain, title, tagline, description, and publicly hosted logo or favicon URL.
• Promotions & Payment Records: Transaction IDs, timestamps, payment provider order IDs, customer email (if provided during checkout or owner verification), promotional amounts in INR, and associated Sponsor Points. We do not store credit card numbers or banking credentials.
• Product Owner Accounts: Product owner email addresses are used exclusively for passwordless one-time login codes (OTP) and secured with the essentialtopple_owner_session cookie.
• Anonymized Session Identifiers: Random identifiers in browser session storage support approximate visitor counts. Request identifiers prevent duplicate submissions.
• Aggregated Telemetry: Hourly visit counts, page paths, and outbound click counts used purely for public platform transparency graphs.

2.How We Use Collected Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Maintain, compute, and render real-time mathematical rankings on the public leaderboard.
• Redirect visitors directly to your product website via our outbound redirect links.
• Prevent fraud, abusive automated submissions, and payment chargebacks.
• Publish anonymized public platform health stats (e.g. total volume, online visitors, and visit counts).

3.Payment Security

Payments are handled by Razorpay checkout. Topple stores payment references and amounts, not card numbers or UPI authorization credentials.

Support, metadata and essential storage

Contact messages and bug reports are privately stored for the operator to review and may be emailed to the configured support inbox. Public website metadata is fetched to preview submitted links; optional Cerebras enrichment processes only public title and description information when enabled. Essential administrator cookies and browser theme/receipt storage support the service. The operator’s retention schedule removes page-level views older than 90 days; resolved support requests for one year. Financial records follow the operator’s applicable obligations. Contact us to request correction or deletion.

Cookies and browser controls

The essential topple_admin cookie keeps administrators signed in for up to eight hours. Signing out removes the session. Theme preferences use local storage; checkout receipt access uses session storage. Anonymous browser analytics identifiers use local storage; hashed visitor identifiers and referral counts are retained for cumulative metrics until deletion is requested. You can clear this site’s storage in your browser, which also removes local receipt access and preferences. Topple does not add advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Razorpay applies its own storage policy within its checkout.
